See the pink crowns dropping from the sky for Alice? The Queen is oblivious to it, all she can see is that huge crown behind Mat Hatter's hat.

While she runs and drags Alice with her tea cups fall from the sky, surrealistically with the perspective being inverse, so the teacups are smaller at the front than the ones which are further away being larger.

The Queen is also about to put her foot in one of the teacups. And the dormouse is wearing a crown hat too!
